I first experienced Cheree's singing bowl sound bath at Black Swan Yoga's Sunday yoga at the Raven Tower. I have been in several yoga sessions that ended in sound baths and never have I witnessed such amazing visceral visualizations as I did that Sunday with Cheree. In my savanna, I saw spirals expanding and contracting with vivid pinks and purples tie dyed through out. It was not only a visual experience but also a visceral experience that I felt vibrate through my entire body as I laid in the sun on my mat. I can definitely say it was a true sound bath and one that I will never forget.
