Where My Passion for Holistic Living Began:
A Journey Rooted in Truth-Seeking
Looking back, my journey didn’t begin in the wellness world—it began barefoot in the country.
Rooted in Nature
I grew up eating vegetables straight from the garden, running barefoot all day, soaking in the sun without sunscreen, and waking and resting with the rhythm of the day. We didn’t call it “circadian rhythm” or “grounding”—we just lived it. That intuitive connection to the earth and my body has always been there, even before I had the words for it.

Spiritually Grounded
35 years ago, my meditation journey began. It became a foundational element of my life and continues to guide me today. Meditation, coupled with my decision to be sober, taught me that I don’t need anything external. I formed a deeper relationship with myself, my body, and the present moment.

The Wake-Up Call
At 19, I got breast implants—because I was told they were safe. Not long after surgery, I developed scar tissue so severe that it became difficult to embrace a friend comfortably. I also discovered my implants were part of a major lawsuit about harming women. At 24, I had them removed and felt immediately healthier. That experience reshaped everything and became my vow: never again would I put anything unnatural into my body—no fillers, no Botox, no injections of any kind.

Reclaiming My Health
In my 30s, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and told I’d need two medications for life—totaling $2,000 a month—not to mention meaningful side effects. I intuitively knew there had to be another way. I began supporting my nervous system, addressing root causes, and reshaping my lifestyle through holistic practices, and was able to heal my body and eliminate my symptoms. I've been medication-free for years and received a clean bill of health in 2020.
The Perimenopause Shift
Even after years of eating healthy and using products labeled "clean," perimenopause revealed deeper gaps in what I thought I knew. My brain fog was so severe that I worried I had dementia. My night sweats left me drenched as if I had been swimming in a pool. I began learning how specific foods, seeds, and herbs could support my hormones—and how marketing and European certifications still hid hormone disruptors in plain sight. That’s when I realized: "healthy" isn’t always hormone-safe. A few years into my journey supporting menopause holistically, my symptoms are dramatically improved.

The Mission Moving Forward
Some say I’m extreme. I believe that each of these experiences have led me to where I am today, helping others learn about holistic wellness. This journey continues to evolve because my health depends on it. I’m here to support other women doing the same—through honest guidance, non-toxic swaps, and grounded rituals that support true hormone-safe, holistic living.
